User Registration

Hints about user registration coming to Slog have been hinted at for months by Dan Savage and other Slog writers. An advanced MySpace-like user registration and profile system was implemented at Blogtown, PDX, The Stranger's sister blog in Portland, Oregon. Wm.™ Steven Humphrey announced its arrival on June 27, 2008[1].

Presumably, the system will come to Slog soon once the system is tested. Blogtown, PDX has a much, much smaller volume of comments than Slog, probably because of its ridiculous name.
